2. What this website is for

This website gives information about Bizz English coaching and seminars, and free learning content such as blog lessons. It does not sell anything directly. Coaching and seminars are agreed individually with each client, usually after a free intro call.

3. Free intro call

The intro call is free and does not create any obligation to buy. You book it on an external scheduling service (TidyCal). If you cannot attend, please cancel or move the call using the link in your booking confirmation.

4. Money-back guarantee

I want every client to be happy with their choice, so coaching comes with a money-back guarantee:

• Weeks 1 and 2: if you decide coaching is not right for you during the first two weeks, you receive a full refund.
• Weeks 3, 4, and 5: if you decide to stop during weeks three to five, you receive a partial (prorated) refund for the part of your payment that covers coaching you have not yet received.

The weeks are counted from your first paid class. To use the guarantee, simply email me at derekzardus@bizzenglish.com. I will send the refund to the same account or company that paid, within 14 days.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law. It does not limit them.

5. Content and copyright

All content on this website, including text, lessons, images, and the Bizz English name and logo, belongs to Derek Zardus or is used with permission. You may read, share links to, and print pages for your own personal learning. You may not copy, sell, or republish the content without my written permission.

Client testimonials are published with each client's permission.

6. Learning content is general

Blog lessons and other free content are general educational material. They are not personal advice for your specific situation. Your progress in English depends on many things, including your practice, so I cannot promise a particular result.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TidyCal, and SendFox. I am not responsible for their content or services. Their own terms apply.

8. Responsibility

I work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses caused by using this website or by temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. If we disagree about anything, please email me first. Most issues can be solved with a simple conversation. If not, the dispute will be decided by the competent common court.

I may update these terms when my website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
